
The Caffe Mocha, also known simply as a Mocha, is a decadent indulgence that perfectly combines the richness of chocolate with the boldness of espresso. Ingredients:
– 2 shots of our Bold Truffle Twist (medium roast) espresso.
– Milk (preferred percentage or oat milk as an alternative)
– 2 Tablespoon cocoa powder
– 2 Tablespoon white granulated sugar (or to taste)
– 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract (or to taste)
– Whipped cream (optional)
– Chocolate shavings (optional)
Directions:
1) Brew 2 shots of Bold Truffle Twist (medium roast) espresso and heat up and froth the milk or milk alternative.
2) Combine cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla and 2 tablespoons of the prepared milk and small amount of espresso.
3) Set half of the mixture aside to drizzle on top for later.
4) In your favorite coffee mug; pour the remaining half of the mixture, espresso and the rest of the milk or milk alternative.
5) Top with whipped cream (optional), remaining mixture and chocolate shavings (optional).
