– 2 Shots of our Bold Choco Caramel (medium-dark) espresso.
– Milk (preferred percentage or oat milk as an alternative)
– Ground ginger
– Molasses
– Brown sugar
– Water
– Cinnamon
– Vanilla
– Gingerbread and / or pumpkin pie spice (optional)


1) In a small pot; combine water, ginger, cinnamon, brown sugar, molasses and vanilla over medium heat to a boil while continuously mixing.

2) Set aside on low heat / simmer.

1) Brew 2 shots of Bold Choco Caramel (medium-dark) espresso.

2) Heat and froth milk / milk alternative.

4) In your favorite coffee mug, strain ginger mixture and mix well with espresso.

5) Pour in milk and top with optional gingerbread and / or pumpkin pie spice.
